Dr. Kendra Grantz  Dr. Grantz is the owner of Sunset Eastern Animal Hospital. Dr. Grantz has been at SEAH since 2004, and recently, in December 2010, she took over as the new owner. She graduated from Michigan State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2002 and she is originally from Michigan.

Interests in the veterinary field include advanced dentistry and medicine cases. She has a special interest in seeing pot-bellied pigs and goats!

Dr Grantz and her husband have two sons and a daughter. The Grantz household also includes 2 rescue dogs, Mattie and Gigi, a cat named Jax and a horse, Sage. In her spare time, she enjoys horseback riding, spending time with her family and home improvement projects.



 

 

Tessa - Veterinary Intern. 

Tessa has been at Sunset Eastern Animal Hospital for 10 years off and on during college and veterinary school.  She has been back full time for almost 2 years.  She is currently working to complete her license requirements in the field of veterinary medicine.

Kellie - Veterinary Assistant

Kellie has been with SEAH for about 2 years. She is originally from California where she worked for many years as a veterinary assistant.

Lisa-Veterinary Technician in training

Lisa is a recent graduate from Pima Medical Institute where she earned her associates degree in Veterinary technology.  She also is awaiting her board exams.  Lisa is originally from Minnesota.

Megan- Veterinary Assistant

Megan is a recent graduate of Pima's Veterinary Assistant program and has decided to pursue her education with them for Veterinary Technology.

Alyson - Professional Groomer. 

Alyson been grooming dogs and cats for over 5 years. She was originally certified through the PetsMart training program and is familiar with all breeds, big or small, mixed or pure, along with breed specific cuts. She also loves to pioneer new and unusual haircuts such as putting a mohawk on your pup, if requested.
Alyson always offers gentle, thorough grooming. Your pets comfort is her highest priority. She wants them to go home feeling happy, healthy and clean. Available Monday thru Saturday. See her section listed under Pet S'Paw and Salon.
